gorjana, the fast-growing Laguna Beach-based jewelry brand, will bring its Southern California styles to its first location on the East End, with a Southampton store that is set to open on Thursday, May 25. At the 1,000-square-foot store in the heart of Southampton’s Main Street, visitors can soon shop the brand’s popular designs, ranging from plated to fine necklaces, earrings, bracelets, and more.
“Southampton is the epitome of Southern California on the East Coast. With the beach, the sunshine, and summer fashion trends, we couldn’t be more excited to bring a little piece of Laguna Beach to our first Hamptons store opening just in time for Memorial Day weekend,” said Gorjana Reidel, co-founder. “So much of our inspiration for new designs comes from our incredible customers, and we can’t wait to meet the Southampton community, especially during one of the most exciting times of the year.”
When gorjana Southampton officially opens its doors, shoppers will be immersed in a coastal bungalow inspired by co-founders Gorjana Reidel and Jason Griffin Reidel’s Southern California roots. The store’s design includes a white exterior featuring white oak-scalloped roofing and light gray shutters, inviting shoppers in through a white oak trim entryway and classic french doors. Warm wood finishes, a crystal quartz chandelier, and a hand-dipped Lauren Williams Tapestry inspired by the iconic Laguna Beach coastline creates the backdrop to gorjana’s designs.
gorjana Southampton comes on the heels of a year of expansion, and marks the brand’s fifth brick and mortar location in New York state, with additional locations in Cobble Hill, Nolita, West Village, and Williamsburg.
Since gorjana was founded in 2004, philanthropy has been central to the brand’s mission and approach to community-building. Over nearly 20 years, gorjana has worked with nonprofit organizations that support a range of national causes, with a particular focus on women and children through its annual partnerships with The Breast Cancer Research Foundation, Baby2Baby, Toys for Tots, Dress for Success and more. gorjana is also proud to partner with local charities in each of its locations.
