Sparkling Pointe in Southold presents its 2026 Sparkling Wine Master Class Series, a four-part lineup of guided tastings designed to explore the many expressions of sparkling wine, from global styles and regional terroir to vineyard practices and elevated pairings.
Each session can be enjoyed individually or as part of the full series. The lineup includes Champagne vs. Sparkling Wine Showdown on Saturday, January 24, at 3 PM. It’s a side-by-side tasting of Sparkling Pointe wines and Champagnes, highlighting styles from Brut Nature and Blanc de Noir to Rosé and beyond.
On Saturday, February 28, at 3 PM, it’s A New York State of Mind, a deep dive into New York’s cool-climate sparkling wine legacy, featuring standout local examples and insight into the region’s growing global reputation.
Sparkling Wine and Cheese Chocolate Pairing will be held on Saturday, March 28, at 3 PM. The class offers an indulgent exploration of sparkling wine dosage levels paired with artisanal cheeses and fine chocolates from around the world.
On Saturday, April 25, at 3 PM, the series concludes with Sparkling Wines in the Vines, an immersive vineyard walk, tour, and tasting of the three classic Champagne grape varieties in both still and sparkling form.
