Sparkling Pointe in Southold has launched its Master Class Series, a three-part education tasting series all about sparkling wine hosted onsite in the VIP Bubble Room.
The following two classes in the series include “Sparkling Wine Production Styles with North Fork Craft Wines” on Saturday, March 23, at 3 PM. Taste and learn how to get bubbles into the bottle with sparkling examples of four distinct processes. Purchase tickets here.
“Sparkling Wines in the Vines” will be held on Saturday, April 27, at 3 PM. Enjoy a vineyard walk, tour, and tasting of the three classic Champagne varieties in still and sparkling form. Tickets are available here.
