Thursday, August 14, was the official opening day of Bethenny Frankel’s Supermodel Café pop-up in East Quogue, in collaboration with Goldberg’s Bagels. Patrons came from far and wide, lining up before 6 AM to try the Supermodel snacks and meet the entrepreneur and TV personality.

The idea began with the foods Bethenny was making, eating, and sharing on social media — bringing her viral Supermodel Snacks to life with a limited-time pink-and-white pop-up café on Main Street. At the café, you’ll find 150-calorie, high-protein bagels, Bethenny’s original chicken salad, low-calorie cheesecake that boasts 10 grams of protein, signature bagel sandwiches, and a variety of Cumulus nitro-based iced lattes, which include a pistachio coconut cream and a banana cream latte.

“The name is intentionally tongue-in-cheek,” read a statement. It originated from a remark in Bethenny’s social media posts and gained momentum as she got ready for the Sports Illustrated Swimsuit runway show. “It is not meant to describe a body type; within the brand, Supermodel represents confidence, individuality, humor, and feeling good on one’s own terms,” the statement continued.

The menu highlights include Bethenny’s original chicken salad, a lighter take on the classic, and one that could rival her viral social media “Chicken Salad Olympics” contenders. It’s available on its own ($15) or as part of The Bethenny sandwich ($16), which includes pickled onions and truffle hot sauce. Feeling a bit more indulgent? The Nepo Baby sandwich, priced at $43, offers a generous dollop of caviar nestled in the bagel hole.

The pop-up will be open through September 12, from 8 AM to 3 PM, and is located at 481 Montauk Highway in East Quogue.
