Southampton Arts Center has launched an innovative arts education program in collaboration with the Southampton School District. This partnership kicked off with the inaugural student artist exhibition, titled “First Light: Celebrating Student Artists of Southampton,” which will run through May 3, honoring the talent of Southampton school district students, grades K-12, and the dedication of their art teachers. The exhibition’s objectives are to provide access and exposure, inspiration and engagement, and visibility while celebrating student creativity.
