The Shoals’ Food Truck and Oyster Lounge in Southold are open for the season.
The Shoals’ Food Truck is parked in the property’s grassy waterfront lawn, between the hotel and the oyster building, serving a locally curated menu by Chef François Payard, including lobster rolls, fish tacos, salads, and gelato. Picnic tables are positioned alongside the bay for those looking to grab a bite.
The Food Truck will be open from noon to 8 PM on Fridays and Saturdays, Sundays from noon to 6 PM, and starting in July will be open on Thursdays from noon to 8 PM. Additionally, every Wednesday evening starting May 31 until Labor Day, Little Ram Oyster Company will turn the Food Truck into a “Shuck Truck” with an oyster happy hour from 5 to 8 PM.
This season, the property will also be hosting Piano Happy Hours in their Oyster Lounge, an indoor gathering space with a view of Peconic Bay and a full bar.
