Rowdy Hall presents Wine Wednesday Workshops in collaboration with Wainscott Main Wine & Spirits. Spearheaded by Honest Man Hospitality beverage director and certified sommelier Chimene Visser Macnaughton, the new weekly wine workshops will feature certification-level tasting flights with a designated theme each Wednesday this spring from 5:30 to 7 PM, starting March 23.
“#WineWednesday Workshops is the accomplishment for which I am most proud. I brought an industry-only idea with me from Sun Valley, ID to my previous shop in Wainscott, and for seven years, right up to Wednesday March 11, 2020 when our world took a big, heavy pause, we provided certification-level classes to the East End. Winemakers, Master Sommeliers, importers, wine educators, sales reps, and other industry stars, came to the tasting tables to share their gifts and their experience with our loyal local students,” shared Macnaughton.
Light snacks will be provided and RSVPs are highly recommended. Classes are $25 per class in advance, $30 at the door space permitting or pre-pay $200 for all 8 classes and receive a complimentary $25 Honest Man gift card for use at any Honest Man property — Rowdy Hall, Nick & Toni’s, La Fondita, Coche Comedor, or Townline BBQ. These all-levels seminars are offered spring and fall, February to May and October to December.
