Beaulieu Vineyard, a Napa Valley winery, held a one-night-only event that resurrected a storied moment in its 125-year-old history on Wednesday, April 2, at Chapel Bar in New York City.

A century ago, Beaulieu Vineyard’s wines were served as sacramental wine in secret, hidden from Prohibition’s grip. For the event, Beaulieu Vineyard transformed the infamous Chapel Bar – now closed to the public – into a sanctuary of indulgence, where the spirit of the Roaring Twenties met the timeless reverence of fine wine.

Wines served included Beaulieu Vineyard’s 2023 Napa Valley Sauvignon Blanc, 2021 Tapestry Reserve Red Wine, 2021 Clone 6 Rutherford Cabernet Sauvignon, 2021 Madame de Latour Red Blend, 2020 Georges de Latour Cabernet Sauvignon, Muscat de Beaulieu, and 2011 Georges de Latour Cabernet Sauvignon 9L bottle.
