Dark and Stormy (featuring Fountain Hard Lime)
Ingredients:
2 oz of dark rum
3 oz ginger beer
3 oz Fountain Hard Lime
.5 oz simple syrup
Instructions:
1. Combine Ginger Beer & Fountain Hard Lime in a collins glass.
2. Add enough ice to just leave two inch gap at the top of the glass.
3. Float simple syrup & dark rum on top for color gradation.
4. Garnish with lime wedge.
5. Encourage a stir after serving to mix all ingredients together.
