We present to you the Hook Mill Margarita, a creation of Fresno Restaurant’s Beverage Director Quinton Burke.
Ingredients
2 oz Maestro Dobel Tequila
.25 oz Cointreau
.5 oz Lime juice
.5 oz Pineapple juice
3 slices Fresh Cucumber
A small Pinch Fresh Cilantro
Garnished with cracked black pepper and a dehydrated lime
Directions
1. Muddle cucumber
2. Combine all your ingredients in a shaker
3. Shake until well-chilled
4. Garnish with cracked black pepper and a dehydrated lime
