Ingredients
1.75 Hendricks Gin
0.5 Giffard Elderflower Liqueur
.75 kiwi puree
.5 lime
.25 simple syrup
Splash of Perrier to top
Method: In a shaker, combine the Hendricks Gin, Giffard elderflower liqueur, kiwi puree, lime juice, and simple syrup. Shake well, then strain into a Collins glass filled with ice. Top with a splash of Perrier and garnish with a slice of kiwi.
