Cocktail Recipe: Sama Street’s 7 Long Years

Asian cocktail bar Sama Street in Brooklyn has created the 7 Long Years cocktail, a mix of sugar, spice, and everything nice.

Recipe (modified for home bartenders):

• 1 oz Ancho Reyes Verde

• 1 oz Blanco Tequila

• 0.75 oz Fresh Pineapple Juice

• 0.75 oz Fresh Lime Juice

• 0.75 oz simple syrup

• 7 drops Toasted Sesame Oil

Method

Combine all ingredients into a shaker and shake until chilled. Double strain over a large cube. Garnish with toasted black sesame seeds.
