Ingredients
2 oz Sparkling Pointe Cuvée Carnaval Blancs
2 oz Brooklyn Kura Number Fourteen Junmai-Ginjo Sake
½ oz Elderflower Liqueur
½ oz Fresh Lime Juice
Edible Flower for garnish
Method
Mix all ingredients in a shaker with ice.
Shake well and strain into a martini glass.
Top with 2 oz Sparkling Pointe Cuvée Carnaval Blancs
Garnish with an edible flower.
