Crazy Pizza has partnered with Parisian caviar house Volzhenka to debut the exclusive Crazy Pizza Caviar Experience. Available only at Crazy Pizza East Hampton and Saint-Tropez this summer, the collaboration brings together Italian cuisine and premium caviar, offering diners a way to capture the glamour of each destination.
The limited-time offering features two signature dishes, each priced at $95. The first is a fried Pizza, burrata, and caviar, which offers a crisp fried dough topped with creamy burrata and a generous spoonful of Volzhenka Beluga caviar. The second dish, a caviar lemon zest tagliolini, includes housemade tagliolini finished with bright lemon and Volzhenka Oscietra caviar.
