On December 16, North Fork Table & Inn officially debuted a winter prix fixe menu featuring three courses and two optional wine pairings, a new snacks and supplements menu offering hors d’oeuvres-styled a la carte options, and an updated bar menu.

The three course prix fixe menu offering provides guests with three spectacular courses for $90 and the option of a wine pairing for $78, or a “reserve wine pairing” for $120 — this wine pairing allows for the restaurant’s team to pull some of their favorite wines from the cellar. Traditionally, these are bottles that have yet to be opened, including the famous Château Montrose La Dame de la Montrose Saint-Estèphe from Bordeaux. Those dining are encouraged to order the entire experience. Beginning with white truffle supplements, the menu will go on to feature dishes such as the Peconic fluke crudo, the Southold grill, and the broken chocolate cake. In addition to these three courses, for $135, the “Chef’s Impovisation” will be on offer as well, allowing guests to taste menu items that represent fresh ingredients currently growing in the surrounding fields of North Fork Table & Inn.

Prior to the three courses, there will be hors d’oeuvres-style, a la carte options in the center of the table to enjoy, including broiled Little Neck clams and tuna crudo. Additionally, this menu offers daily supplemental entrees — both of them serving two people, allowing guests to try out alternative dishes within the prix fixe menu.

The a la carte bar menu offers a tavern-style edible experience, with simple bar snacks casually presented, including Little Ram oysters and duck tot caviar. While maintaining the locality of the restaurant’s fare, this menu is more affordable and informal. This menu will be offered in both the dining room and at the bar of North Fork Table & Inn, however it’s most encouraged to be enjoyed at the bar.
