Calissa in Water Mill has once again turned into a winter wonderland with Calissa Chalet, a winter après-ski-inspired lounge experience, running through February.
The cozy pop-up offers everything from hot toddies to decadent fondue. The menu features comforting favorites like cheese fondue and chocolate fondue served with bananas, apples, and biscotti, along with seasonal cocktails such as the Calissa Rakomelo Toddy and the indulgent Espresso Martini “Affogato.”
Calissa’s menu is an ode to the splendours of the Mediterranean. With any season, Calissa is a place for diners to gather for abundant Greek feasts and flowing wine. Enjoy the dinner menu featuring Calissa menu staples, like the Greek salad, Saganaki, lobster pasta, and more. New on the menu to try is the grilled octopus with hummus, tomato, fennel, and capers.
This holiday season, Calissa Chalet’s Holiday Feast Menu is offered for $95 per person and includes a lavish, family-style experience for groups of six or more, available with 24-hour advance notice. Highlights include a holiday mezze platter, crispy zucchini chips, and entrées like salt-baked branzino royale, Cretan-style prime rib, or whole roasted lamb shoulder, carved tableside, finished with a warm whole apple pie served with vanilla ice cream.
