HFC in the Hamptons: Wine Tasting

East Hampton, New York

Join the Alternative Investment Industry and Help For Children (HFC) as we continue to prevent, treat, and care for children and families affected by abuse. This fundraiser will help us support the most effective programs for HFC New York to make the world safer for children. 

Hosted by the renowned Rich Bello and Co-Hosted by HFC's Global Board Chair, Dean Backer, this exclusive evening brings us together to continue bringing compassion and care to our most vulnerable populations.

Hosted at a private residence in East Hampton, we’ll have great laughs with the comedian James Mattern - the #1 host at the famous New York Comedy Club, Comedy Cellar, and has an upcoming performance at Radio City Music Hall. 

Enjoy full dinner service and an open bar while mingling with leaders in the community who share the same passion for making a difference. Moreover, expand your palate with a curated wine offering alongside a guided tasting of some of the best old-world wines with a Michelin-Star restaurant Sommelier and Wine Director with rare wines donated generously from a private collector. 

It will surely be a night of fun ending with live music and karaoke!

Ty Wenzel

Ty Wenzel, a recent breast cancer survivor, started her career as a fashion coordinator for Bloomingdale’s followed by fashion editor for Cosmopolitan Magazine. She was also a writer for countless publications, including having published a memoir (St. Martin's Press) and written features for The New York Times. She is an award-winning writer and designer who covers lifestyle, real estate, architecture and interiors for James Lane Post. She previously worked as a writer and marketing director for The Independent. She has won multiple PCLI and NYPA awards for journalism, social media and design, including best website design and best magazine for James Lane Post, which she co-founded in 2020. Wenzel is also a co-founder of the meditation app for kids, DreamyKid, and the Hamptons social media agency, TWM Hamptons Social Media.
