The HamptonsFilm 2022 Summer Outdoor Screening Series will return to East Hampton this June. Starting June 22, HamptonsFilm will show iconic films every Wednesday at sundown in Herrick Park, with the exception of the August 3 screening which will be held at Main Beach.
The series will kick off with a screening of “A League of Their Own” and will conclude with “Apollo 13” on August 17. Each screening is free to attend. Guests can reserve a free 8’ x 8’ seating square that can accommodate up to six guests or purchase a square in the first two rows from the screen at HamptonsFilm.org.
Along with the Summer Outdoor Screening Series, the HamptonsFilm SummerDoc series will also be returning this summer. In its 14th year, this series will hold documentary screenings on June 25, July 23, and August 13. Featured documentaries will be announced in the coming weeks.
The 10-day 30th annual Hamptons International Film Festival will take place October 7 through the 16. Throughout the year, HamptonsFilm will also honor and reflect on the festival’s history by featuring memorable films featured during the past 30 years on HamptonsFilmFest.org.
