On Thursday August 25, Dr. Barbara Sturm, Sally Singer, and Kate Hudson co-hosted an intimate dinner to celebrate the launch of Dr. Barbara Sturm on Luxury Stores at Amazon. The dinner was held at Shou Sugi Ban House in Water Mill, and guests experienced Glow Drops touch ups upon arrival, followed by cocktails in the courtyard and dinner at Shou Sugi Ban House’s private residence, where one long table was set alongside a beautiful pool.

Dr. Barbara Sturm and Sally Singer kicked off the dinner with a poolside conversation discussing Dr. Barbara Sturm’s wellness philosophy, and what luxury beauty means to individuals. The three-course anti-inflammatory menu was curated by Chef Mads Refslund and featured Purslane, a hero ingredient in Dr. Barbara Sturm’s products, and the event was produced by Carfrae Consulting and Sofia Crokos.

Additionally this week, the Dr. Barbara Sturm Alexa skill launched, taking customers on a voice journey in which they discover their Dr. Barbara Sturm skincare routine and answer their most pressing skincare questions by speaking with Dr. Sturm herself via an Alexa-enabled device. Just say, “Alexa, open Dr. Barbara Sturm” to get started.
