Wellness East Hampton, a month-long series of fitness and wellness classes, activities, and discussions, began on Saturday, May 1, in Herrick Park in East Hampton Village.
The series kicked off with a wellness market which featured vendors including Swoon, The Samuel Waxman Cancer Research Foundation, Mind Offline, Evolveast Yoga, Elements Fitness, Hamptons Wellness Coach, and James Lane Post.
Former professional ballerina, Nancy Richer of Richer Movement, held a ballet inspired workout in the park, while Daniel Lauter hosted a sound bath, creating a super relaxing way to start the weekend.
Wellness East Hampton is hosted by Discover the Hamptons, James Lane Post, McKenna Interactive Media, Discover Long Island, and the East Hampton Chamber of Commerce, and sponsored by Intelli-Tec Security Services.
