This recipe for cinnamon sugar crunchies by Chef Joe Cipro makes one dozen cookies.
Ingredients
1 c all purpose flour
¾ c granulated sugar
¼ lb butter (softened)
1 Tbsp cinnamon
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 tsp baking powder
1 egg yolk
Directions
Mix dry ingredients in a Kitchen Aid with dough hook attachment. Add the egg and vanilla extract. Add the butter slowly and mix until a ball of dough is formed.
Roll 12 even sized balls and place them on a sheet tray with parchment paper. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes.
