Perfect for the start of winter, we’re sharing a recipe for Dante’s Hot Smoked Toddy, which includes cacao butter fat-washed Maker’s Mark, Lagavulin 8, ginger, marmalade and lapsang souchong for a rich, smokey spin on the classic Hot Toddy. The cocktail is available at Dante and Dante West Village.
Ingredients
1 oz Cocoa Butter Smoked Whisky Blend
3/4 oz Manzanilla Sherry
3/4 oz Tempus Fugit Cacao
1/2 oz Ginger, Lemon & Marmalade Cordial
3/4 oz Lapsang Souchon Tea
Method
Build, then garnish with an orange twist with 3 cloves pierced through.
