Sag Harbor Chamber’s ‘LOVE Sag Harbor’ Campaign Shows Love For Businesses & Community

The Sag Harbor Chamber of Commerce has announced its new “LOVE Sag Harbor” campaign, launched just in time for Valentine’s Day.

At the heart of the Chamber’s 2021 efforts to build business and community in Sag Harbor, the campaign will feature limited-edition merchandise — available via Chamber member businesses. The “LOVE Sag Harbor” campaign will also include a full year of community happenings such as art installations, video contests, and more.

“The ‘LOVE Sag Harbor’ campaign is a tribute to the strength of our community, the resilience of our small businesses, and gratitude for the support of so many people who truly love our village,” said Sag Harbor Chamber President, Gavin Menu. “In the coming months, we will announce the many ways that Sag Harbor fans near and far can get involved and share the love. For the moment, we are thrilled to unveil the campaign logo.”

Created by Chamber member and local business owner Craig O’Brien of Sunswell Clothing, the “LOVE Sag Harbor” graphic features the Sag Harbor windmill in a traditional woodcut style. The windmill serves as the Chamber’s headquarters and official welcome center.

The Chamber will also introduce Chamber Chats, a monthly Zoom series that invites local business owners to connect on a variety of issues, giving many new business owners the opportunity to join the conversation. The chats begin in March with a membership celebration, more on “LOVE Sag Harbor,” and how the Chamber plans to help build business in 2021. Chamber Chats will continue with monthly sessions on topics ranging from financial and business news, localized marketing and social media strategies, and a look ahead at the summer season.

“As we continue to place the health and safety of our community front and center, we’ve had to cancel most Chamber events, including our popular HarborFrost winter festival,” said Menu. “But while our events calendar continues to be in wait-and-see mode, we still have a mission to drive business for our members, connect our community, and keep the small-town spirit of Sag Harbor alive. That’s what our 2021 plan is all about.”
