The East Hampton Antiques & Design Show Returns To Mulford Farm

The East Hampton Historical Society presents the return of the East Hampton Antiques & Design Show on the grounds of Mulford Farm, Saturday, July 17, through Sunday, July 18.

The East Hampton Antiques & Design Show is widely recognized as a premier antiques and design event on the East End. Guests are invited to experience bucolic Mulford Farm, amidst a cornucopia of rare treasures.

Marshall Watson, interior design luminary, is the Honorary Chairperson of the Friday, July 16, Preview Cocktail Party, which offers patrons an early buying opportunity of the extraordinary array of antiques, jewelry, textiles, collectibles, and timelessly chic furniture and accessories. “History runs deep in our community. The East Hampton Historical Society celebrates our past, engages our minds, and helps us to reinvigorate our stewardship responsibilities for future generations to come,” said Honorary Chairperson Marshall Watson, “As a vital community looking to the future, it is imperative that we acknowledge, respect, restore, preserve, and learn from our past. Please join me in supporting this essential organization.”

Both the Preview Cocktail Party and the Antiques & Design Show take place at Mulford Farm, located on James Lane in the heart of East Hampton Village. Maintained by the East Hampton Historical Society, this 3.5-acre property features a restored 17th-century farmhouse as well as several barns and outbuildings that are among the oldest on Long Island.

The East Hampton Antiques & Design Show continues to be well received by collectors and dealers alike. Its popular offerings of wares and art come from a diverse assembly of more than 50 antiques, and art dealers, housed in elegant white tents across the farmstead’s greensward.

The focus of the show is on vintage decorative items for the home and garden as well as art. Classic rattan and bamboo furniture, lighting, textiles, architectural elements, American and European country decorated furniture, Art Deco and Moderne, garden ornaments, wrought-iron accessories, industrial items, paintings, trade signs, period jewelry, weathervanes, and mirrors will be for sale.

Guests will discover the inspiration that helps them create as they compare their designs and even show a before and after piece. Enjoy an informative discussion, and reap the benefits of their designer savvy and industry insight.
