Blue Parrot restaurant and margarita bar has been a staple in East Hampton village for four decades.

Blue Parrot is celebrated for its lively, laid-back vibe, fresh Mexican cuisine, and famously strong margaritas. The menu offers dishes that complement warm-weather cocktails perfectly. This summer, enjoy a Killer Margarita whether you’re in the lively dining area, at the bar, or outside in the patio garden.

This season, Blue Parrot has introduced new dinner entrées, fresh daily catches, rotating specials, and an expanded cocktail program.

Food menu highlights include a house-made salsa served with house-made chips; guacamole bowl with fresh avocado, white onion, lime, cilantro, tomatoes, and jalapeños; Mexican corn grilled with queso fresco, and chipotle mayo; killer tacos with options like crispy cod, Baja shrimp, skirt steak, lime-chipotle chicken, and Montauk lobster; enchiladas with ranchero adobo sauce, rice, and beans; and the Parrot burger with prime rib meat, two-cheese blend, lettuce, tomato, onion, pickle, and chili-spiced fries.

Behind the bar, the margaritas take center stage. Enjoy the “Killer Margaritas,” including the classic and frozen “Dirty Birds,” skinny, spicy, or smoky. The Ranch Water cocktail is also a favorite, featuring Casamigos tequila, muddled lime, and a splash of soda. The BPT is the restaurant’s Signature Tea made with citrus vodka, St. Germain, black tea, and cranberry. Or enjoy a Paloma Spritz with Don Julio Blanco Tequila, Aperol, and grapefruit.
