Cocktail Recipe: Cucina Alba’s Ferrara

Cucina Alba’s Ferrara is a whiskey-based cocktail with Aperol and strawberry liqueur.

A beautiful reddish pink color, the Ferrara uses Japanese Whiskey, which allows for great complexity and warmth within. A bit more delicate and nuanced compared to some other types of whiskeys, the balance of this cocktail showcases subtle fruitiness and allows the hints of the strawberry liqueur to come through. In addition, for those looking for something other than a spritz but still looking for an Aperol fix, they’ve come to the right place.


• .75 oz. Suntory Toki

• .75 oz. Aperol

• .75 oz. strawberry liqueur

• .75 oz. lemon juice

Directions: Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker with ice. Shake and strain into a Nick & Nora glass.
