This cocktail was created by the beverage team at SUSHISAMBA Tree Bar & Lounge in Las Vegas.
Shiso Fine incorporates Shiso-infused vodka, shiso leaf, apple, and Thai basil syrup. The cocktail is churned through crushed ice with apple and lime juices and finished with a drizzle of crème de cassis — served long.

Ingredients
1 oz Shiso leaf infused vodka
.5 oz Crème de Pêche
.5 oz Lime juice
1.5 oz Apple juice
5oz Thai Basil syrup
.25 oz Crème de Cassis
Directions
1. Pour the first five ingredients and churn with half crushed ice.
2. Top with the remaining crushed ice.
3. Garnish with Shiso leaf and a drizzle of crème de cassis.
