Cocktail Recipe: The Surf Lodge’s Coco Blanco

The Surf Lodge in Montauk shares its new seasonal cocktail so you can create the simple recipe for at-home celebrations.

The Coco Blanco blends hydrating coconut water with tequila, agave, and lime. The Surf Lodge Founder and Creative Director Jayma Cardoso endorses the cocktail as the perfect summer drink made with refreshing Vita Coco coconut water: “I am from Brazil, where coconut water is a staple in our daily lives, so I am very excited to feature the cocktail on our menu at The Surf Lodge this summer.”

The Coco Blanco

Ingredients:

  • 1.5 oz of Casamigos Blanco
  • 4 oz of Vita Coco Coconut Water
  • 0.25 oz of Agave
  • Lime

Instructions:

  • Combine all ingredients in a cocktail shaker and shake vigorously with ice to chill
  • Strain and serve over low ice
  • Garnish with a lime
