Fauna, Rooted Hospitality Group’s new American restaurant in Westhampton Beach, has introduced Sunday Lobster Night.
For decades, 6 Parlato Drive was home to Starr Boggs, the acclaimed Westhampton Beach restaurant known for its Monday night lobster bakes, a tradition that drew crowds for years. Fauna’s Sunday Lobster Night is a new chapter for that legacy, bringing lobster night back to the address for the first time since Fauna opened.
“Lobster Night is part of the story of 6 Parlato Drive, and we’re proud to bring back and continue a tradition that means a lot to this community,” said Rachel Hersh, Co-Founder of Rooted Hospitality Group. “It’s our spin on what was done, plus the service and hospitality we’ve become known for on top of it.”
Guests can choose between a whole steamed lobster or a half crab-stuffed lobster, served with corn on the cob, drawn butter, lemon, and a choice of blackened roasted potatoes or steamed broccoli. The dinner is $65 and available every Sunday after 4 PM through October. Reservations are recommended and can be made at FaunaWHB.com.
