Jack’s Coffee and Baked by Melissa have partnered for a limited-edition summer collaboration, turning some of Jack’s favorite iced coffee drinks into bite-sized cupcakes. Inspired by long mornings in Sag Harbor and beach days in Amagansett, this nostalgic collection celebrates the ritual of iced coffee by the beach and sweet summer treats.
The limited-edition Jack’s x Baked by Melissa flavors include Jack’s Cold Brew Cupcake, a coffee cake stuffed with coffee filling, topped with coffee icing, and finished with white chocolate and clear sugar crystal brittle. The Iced Happy Jack Cupcake is a honey cake stuffed with a cinnamon filling, topped with coffee-cinnamon icing, and finished with cinnamon-sugar white chocolate brittle. The Vanilla Cold Foam Cupcake includes a white vanilla cake stuffed with vanilla cream and topped with vanilla icing.
“We’ve always thought of Jack’s as more than just coffee – it’s a daily ritual. This collaboration takes some of our most loved drinks and turns them into something fun and unexpected for the summer. It’s a great way to experience Jack’s in a completely new format,” said Rakesh Chandiramani, the CEO of Jack’s Coffee.
The cupcakes are available now through September 8 at Jack’s Sag Harbor and Amagansett locations, as well as all Baked by Melissa retail locations. They’re also caffeine-free, making them kid-friendly and perfect for all ages.
