The Corcoran Group announced that Noble Black, a leading real estate broker in New York, and his team, Noble Black & Partners, have joined the firm. They will work out of Corcoran’s East Side and Southampton offices.
For Black, this move is a homecoming. He previously worked at Corcoran before spending ten years at Douglas Elliman, where he led the top team in Manhattan and ranked as the second Mega Team nationwide in 2024. Recently, RealTrends The Thousand named Noble Black & Partners the second Mega Team in New York by volume. The team now represents about $500 million in luxury properties throughout New York City and the East End.

By establishing his team in both Manhattan and Southampton, Black is positioning his business to better serve clients moving between their city homes and coastal retreats.

Black’s career sales have exceeded $3.5 billion, covering everything from Manhattan penthouses to East End estates. His knowledge of luxury new developments includes Aman New York Residences, Waldorf Astoria, 111 Murray, Madison Square Park Tower, and Baccarat Residences. In the resale market, he has handled top listings such as penthouses at 520 Park Avenue, 785 Fifth Avenue, 100 Eleventh Avenue, Four Seasons Private Residences, and 10 Sullivan Street.
Noble Black & Partners consists of Jamie Gagliano, Justin Figari, Jennifer Stillman, Cory Cahlon, and Matthew Mackay. Figari, Stillman, Cahlon, and Mackay are also returning to Corcoran, joining a total of 10 team members who will work across both New York and Southampton.
