Share the Harvest Farm in East Hampton presents a Dahlia Night on the Farm, a special event celebrating the beauty of late summer and its blooms, taking place on September 24, from 5 to 6:30 PM.
The event includes Floral Education where guests can learn about growing and harvesting dahlias from Farmer Matt Quirk, who will share his knowledge about these stunning flowers. Experience the joy of harvesting your own dahlias as you’re guided through the fields to gather a bouquet of your own.
Following the harvest, participants will be led through a floral arrangement workshop by May Zegarelli of Ocean Fog Farm, where they’ll create a beautiful dahlia arrangement to take home.
Guests will also savor a gourmet cheese and veggie board by Boards by Jess, perfectly paired with refreshing Summer in a Bottle Rosé by Wölffer Estate. This evening is a celebration of the season and an opportunity for guests to learn, create, and enjoy the beauty of our farm.
Tickets for Dahlia Night on the Farm are limited and can be purchased at sharetheharvestfarm.org/events. All proceeds from this event will benefit Share the Harvest Farm and its Thanksgiving harvest initiatives, supporting its mission to provide fresh, nourishing produce to those in need.
