Summer Harvest: Grilling With Roman Meets Tieghan Gerard of Half Baked Harvest took place at Wölffer Estate Vineyard on July 24 and featured a menu curated by Tieghan Gerard of Half Baked Harvest.

This special edition of Grilling With Roman featured fresh, local produce and a farm-to-table, Half Baked Harvest-inspired menu, perfectly paired with Wölffer wines, including Summer in a Bottle, which is celebrating its 10th anniversary.

The menu included summer watermelon peach salad, herbed garlic butter scallops with lemon feta dressing, prosciutto and ricotta flatbreads, and Roman’s herb and garlic bread from the grill.
