Upper East Side’s Marlow East Hosts Vineyard Pop-Up At Sparkling Pointe

Sparkling Pointe

The Upper East Side’s Marlow East is heading to the North Fork for a one-night-only vineyard pop-up at Sparkling Pointe in Southold. On Saturday, August 15, from 6 to 8 PM, Chef Braxton Decker and the Marlow East team will present a classic family-style seafood boil and seasonal small bites, set against the backdrop of the picturesque vineyard, where guests can enjoy chilled sparkling wines paired with the flavors of summer.

The seafood boil will feature blue crab, jumbo shrimp, clams, andouille sausage, and local corn, and passed seasonal bites including pimiento and country ham croquettes, deviled eggs with pickled shrimp, and grilled North Fork oysters.

Sparkling Pointe’s award-winning Méthode Champenoise wines will be served throughout the evening, including Brut, Cuvée Carnaval Rosé, and Cuvée Carnaval Blancs.

Tickets are available here for $110 per person.
