Cocktail Recipe: Dante’s Gingerbread Negroni

Dante’s Gingerbread Negroni, available at both Dante and Dante West Village, is a festive addition to its seasonal cocktail menu highlighting spiced flavors for the holidays. Created by Beverage Training Director Renato Tonnelli, the cocktail includes Spiced Butter Bacardi 8, Cardamaro, Red Vermouth, Campari, and Buckspice Ginger Bitters.

“Gingerbread is generally enjoyed during Christmas time, so we wanted to recreate those flavors with a combination of different ingredients. A dark rum as the base, cardamaro as our ‘vermouth’ that gives the cocktail some spiced notes, campari, and finally some ginger bitters. The resulting product is our twist on a Kingston Negroni that fits the colder months and holidays!” said Renato Tonelli, Beverage Training Director Renato Tonnelli at Dante NYC.

Ingredients:

● 1.75 oz Spiced Butter Bacardi 8

● 1 oz Cardamero

● 1/2 oz Cocchi Torino

● 1/2 oz Antica

● 1/2 oz Campari

● 4 Dashes Buck Spice Ginger Bitters

● Pour all over branded block ice, garnish

● Orange twist, grated nutmeg, block ice with stamp
