Douglas Elliman Launches AI-Powered Property Platform To Transform Home Search Experience

Douglas Elliman unveiled a new digital platform that will change the way buyers find their dream homes through their search process.

The new Elliman.com features “Elliman Inspirations,” an AI-led home discovery tool that provides personalized property searches and a space for agents and clients to collaborate privately. Also with it is the new “World of Elliman,” a digital lifestyle hub featuring original content about people, properties, and pursuits that resonate with luxury clients.

Elliman Inspirations gives agents a branded environment to invite their clients, with real estate-trained AI technology monitoring their preferences and behaviors. The framework provides agents with contextually relevant suggestions to guide clients toward possible purchases. Clients can even search by image to find matching listings relative to their desired aesthetic.

It includes real-time collaboration, so agents and clients can share comments, send listings, build property collections, and track insights and preferences. The listings can be searched in different cities, neighborhoods, or custom maps that one draws, and the searches can then be classified into personalized folders. Users can also “pin” photos directly from listings to their custom inspiration pages.

The platform was, in a nutshell, “a quantum leap in real estate marketing and technology,” said Stephanie Garbarini, Elliman’s Executive Vice President and Chief Marketing Officer.
