Now, every Thursday night, the restaurant features two classic dishes — steak and lobster for $78, or lobster tagliatelle for $49 — each served with a complimentary glass of Elaia red or white wine. Founded in 2017 by Sofia Crokos and Chris Boudouris, Elaia Estiatorio pays homage to Greek roots while celebrating local ingredients, community, and the vibrant spirit of the Hamptons. The name “Elaia” references the olive tree in Greek culture, symbolizing peace, heritage, and nourishment. The beautifully designed restaurant provides guests with a modern Greek taverna vibe combined with Hamptons style.
The culinary offerings combine traditional Greek recipes with contemporary presentation. The menu features authentic Greek and Mediterranean dishes, emphasizing whole grilled fish and seafood, lamb specialties, traditional mezze, and seasonal, locally sourced ingredients from the East End.
