Fizz & Fry is Sparkling Pointe’s signature summer collaboration, partnering with Balo’s Food this year. Officially launching on Monday, May 25, the series runs every Monday night through Labor Day Weekend at the vineyard in Southold.
The menu features fried favorites, including Popcorn Chicken, Fried Shrimp Basket, Famous Seafood Stuffies, Corn Fritters and Fries, plus rotating weekly specials, all perfectly paired with Sparkling Pointe’s full lineup of méthode champenoise wines.
