
This July 24 to 27, Mary Lou’s Montauk will debut its Summer Society Chef’s Experience, welcoming culinary force PJ Calapa of Marea for an exclusive residency in collaboration with The Altamarea Group. For four nights only, the Michelin-starred chef and James Beard-recognized talent will bring the spirit of Marea to the new outpost.
Chef Calapa will draw from Marea’s signature coastal Italian flavors for a four–course tasting menu, with a Mary Lou’s twist. Guests of Mary Lou’s Summer Society Chef’s Experience can look forward to menu items including Bruschetta with Kaluga Caviar, Passera “Sicilian Sashimi”, Lobster Pappardelle, and more. Chef Calapa’s dishes, which echo the flavors of the sea, will be paired with Dos Hombres Mezcal.

Offered to Mary Lou’s Summer Society Guests and Marea VIPs, each night will have three seatings: 5, 7, and 9 PM. Capacity is limited, and tickets are required for reservations.
