Organización Latino Americana Of Eastern Long Island Held Sabor Fundraiser

Organización Latino Americana (OLA) of Eastern Long Island held its signature annual fundraiser, Sabor 2026, on Thursday, July 16, at The Church in Sag Harbor. The elegant cocktail fundraiser celebrated OLA’s 24th year of service and supported the organization’s mission of building a safer, healthier, and more equitable East End for Latinos and all community members.

This year’s event was chaired by former New York State Assemblyman and current OLA Board Member Fred Thiele. Guests enjoyed an evening featuring award-winning tequila from Montaukila, culinary offerings by Janet O’Brien Caterers + Events, wines from Wölffer Estate Vineyard, beverages from Peconic Beverage, and live music by Latin Moon, whose vibrant blend of Latin rhythms and jazz has become a Sabor favorite. The event also featured an exclusive silent auction curated by acclaimed artist and curator Yubal Márquez Fleites.
