Places To Celebrate: New Year’s Eve On The East End

Baron’s Cove in Sag Harbor will ring in 2025 with two seatings: 6 PM for $125 per person and 9 PM for $175 per person. Celebrate the start of 2025 in classic American style with panoramic views of the harbor. The evening will be accented by live music, dining, and a lively atmosphere all the way to midnight. A prix fixe menu will be prepared for the evening, and a midnight champagne toast will ring in the new year.

Canoe Place Inn & Cottages in Hampton Bays invites diners to indulge in a delectable multi-course dinner while sipping champagne and specialty cocktails and listening to lively festive music on December 31. The cost is $115 per person.

The 1770 House Restaurant & Inn presents a New Year’s Eve celebration menu by Executive Chef Michael Rozzi, plus wine selections available by Wine Director Michael Cohen. From 5:30 to 10:30 PM on New Year’s Eve, Chef Rozzi presents a wide assortment of dishes in a three-course menu, including an appetizer, entrée, and dessert at $125 per person plus tax, gratuity, and beverage. Reservations can be made by calling 631-324-1770. The 1770 House will be open on New Year’s Day, serving Chef Rozzi’s $65 two-course menu upstairs and downstairs, along with an a la carte menu in the Tavern. All menus are on 1770house.com.

il Buco al Mare in Amagansett celebrates New Year’s Eve with a special four-course dinner. Menu items include Montauk Pearl oysters and osetra caviar, Cavatelli with Parmigiano brodo, shiitake, and burgundy truffle, Aged Ribeye with roasted potatoes, red watercress, and bagna cauda, and a chocolate tart creme fraiche. The dinner costs $165 and can be booked on Resy.

Southold Social will host New Year’s Eve seatings at 5 PM and 8:30 PM on December 31. Guests at the earlier seating can order a la carte, while the latter can indulge in a $165 prix fixe menu. Both options feature a selection of celebratory dishes, including handmade gnocchi with lobster bisque, Oysters Rockefeller in Champagne Hollandaise, and filet mignon with foie gras and black truffles, finished with a Cognac-flambéd baked Alaska.

Celebrate New Year’s Eve in style at Calissa in Water Mill with an unforgettable evening of fine dining, festive vibes, and plenty of Champagne. The annual celebration kicks off with a specially curated dinner featuring indulgent options like Loukaniko Sausage, Psari Plaki Black Sea Bass, Lobster, and Filet Mignon, all available à la carte or as part of an optional prix-fixe menu priced at $95 per person from 5 to 10 PM. Guests can enjoy mezze for the table, appetizers, delectable entrées, and indulgent desserts, with highlights including Garlic Herb Chicken, Lamb Shank with orzo, and vegan-friendly Yemista stuffed peppers. Enhance your evening with Calissa’s award-winning wine cellar or sip special Champagne selections by the glass, including Veuve Clicquot Brut ($32 per glass or $125 per bottle) and Veuve Clicquot Rosé ($38 per glass or $180 per bottle). For a more festive experience, an optional beverage package priced at $95 per person (available from 9 PM to midnight) includes standard spirits, sommelier-selected wines, and beer served at the bar or your table. The celebration continues in Calissa’s Lounge, where a DJ will spin from 9:30 PM, inviting you to dance the night away. Nick & Toni’s in East Hampton will open for New Year’s Eve on Tuesday, December 31, and will ring in 2025 with a special four-course prix fixe menu. The four-course menu will cost $165 per person, plus tax and gratuity. The evening will also feature hats, noise makers, and balloons, and all guests will receive a gift from Nick & Toni’s pastry team. A special “Bambini Menu” will also be available for children ten and under, costing $50 per child. Celebrate New Year’s Eve at Paumanok Vineyards in Aquebogue with Caviar & Bubbly. Enjoy one ounce of caviar, served with modern and traditional accoutrement, and a glass of 2019 Blanc de Blancs or 2021 Rosé de Pinot. The cost is $55 per person and can be reserved on exploretock.com.
