This recipe for a non-alcoholic gin and carrot cocktail was created by mixologist Jeffrey Naples for Farmer Lee Jones at The Chef’s Garden.
Ingredients
2 oz of Lyres Dry London Spirit
2 oz carrot juice
1/2 lemon
1/2 oz orange juice
Optional:
1/2 oz simple syrup
2-3 dashes of orange blossom water
Directions
Add all ingredients to a shaker, shake with ice, strain into a glass, and garnish with The Chef’s Garden Edible Flower Petals.
