Paumanok Vineyards in Aquebogue will hold a special dinner featuring Sag Harbor’s Sen Restaurant on Saturday, May 10, at 6 PM in its tasting room. The menu will focus on modern Japanese cuisine.
Menu items include the dashi braised chicken meatball paired with a 2022 Dry Riesling, a sushi trio paired with a 2022 Chenin Blanc, a crunchy rice sampler paired with a 2021 minimalist Cabernet Franc, and miso braised short rib paired with a 2021 Assemblage, and yuzu pot de crème paired with a 2022 Late Harvest Sauvignon Blanc.
The dinner costs $195 per guest or $180 for Wine Club members.
