Minnow at the Galley Ho is serving up a Lobster Sour, crafted with vodka that’s been infused for three to four days with Long Island Sound lobster shells — repurposed from the same lobster used in Minnow’s signature lobster rolls to ensure zero-waste.
The lobster-infused vodka is shaken with lemon juice and agave, then topped with a delicate sea foam, created by smoking the lobster shells to capture the briny essence — adding a savory, ocean-kissed finish to the drink.
Ingredients
- 2 oz of Lobster-Infused Beluga Noble Vodka
- .75 oz Lemon juice
- .75 oz Agave
- 3 dashes of Sea Foam
- Garnish: Lobster Spices (ground lobster shells, ginger, and masala)
Add vodka, lemon juice, and agave to a cocktail shaker over ice. Shake and strain into a martini glass. Add sea foam and lobster spices to garnish.
