Arthur & Sons in Bridgehampton will reopen for its second season in the Hamptons on Thursday, May 15. Owner Joe Isidori, the three-time Food Network Burger Bash Champion, will bring his award-winning burgers to Arthur & Sons in the Hamptons this summer with Artie’s in the Hamptons, a spin-off of their bar and lounge, Artie’s Backroom, which recently launched at the restaurant’s Murray Hill location.
Guests can expect a bar menu featuring Artie’s specialty margaritas, golden, strawberry, or spicy watermelon, alongside Isidori’s award-winning burgers—the Late Night Burger with American cheese, special sauce, and pickles, and Artie’s Burger with Provolone, special sauce, and cherry peppers. French fries include special sauce, and Joe’s famous Korean BBQ wings with buttermilk, dill, and lime.
The new menu will be available during dinner hours and late at the bar. On weekends after dinner, Artie’s in the Hamptons will also bring the music vibes from their New York City outpost with a mix of genres, from country to rock n’ roll.
Arthur & Sons kicks off season two in the Hamptons with their signature “old school” Italian American red sauce classics, from the famous chicken parm, spicy rigatoni alla vodka, and spaghetti and meatballs, and a few new additions, including a Pan Roasted Montauk Lobster alla vodka served over fresh spaghetti alla chitarra. Look for a new Happy Hour menu at the bar daily from 4 to 6 PM. Happy Hour specials include half-priced appetizers, $10 glasses of house red or house white, $12 well cocktails, and $6 draft beer.
