Baron’s Cove in Sag Harbor is now offering a delightful Parisian Brunch menu in celebration of the Olympics and all things French. The brunch, served on Saturdays and Sundays from 11:30 AM to 3:30 PM, overlooks the pool and harbor and features live jazz.
In addition to their usual brunch choices, you can savor dishes such as the French Omelette with Gruyère cheese and caviar, Quiche du Jour, or the seafood plateau.
If you’re looking for a brunch cocktail, the Baron’s Cove French Blonde cocktail was made to celebrate the launch of the Parisian Brunch and is being served alongside the French 75 and Hugo Spritz. To accompany food and beverage, live jazz music sets the perfect ambiance for the scene. Brunch at Baron’s will continue to be offered with live entertainment every weekend, with the Parisian Brunch available through the fall as weather permits.
