Cocktail Recipe: The Boozy Hot Chocolate At Ray’s Brooklyn

Ray’s Brooklyn in Greenpoint is serving up a Boozy Hot Chocolate made with Kakow Mexican-style chocolate sauce, Rosaluna Mezcal, and topped with marshmallows.

Ingredients

Kakow Mexican-style chocolate sauce

1 oz Rosaluna mezcal

whipped cream & marshmallows to top

Recipe

  1. Heat the chocolate sauce with water until you reach the desired consistency.
  2. Add Rosaluna mezcal to the cup.
  3. Fill the cup with the hot cocoa.
  4. Top with whipped cream and marshmallows.
