Elaia Estiatorio

Elaia Estiatorio has collaborated with renowned chef, food stylist, and recipe developer Jodi Moreno, founder of What’s Cooking Good Looking, to bring an exclusive new dish to the Hamptons through Tuesday, November 30. As an ode to Greek co-owner Sofia Crokos’ favorite childhood dish, Jodi and Sofia partnered to recreate Lamb Fricassee, staying true to the authentic recipe while adding personal touches.

For a limited time, Elaia will feature the Lamb Fricassee with Tzatziki Potato Salad special, celebrating the restaurant’s Greek roots in Bridgehampton. The hearty yet healthful (and gluten-free) dish features fresh, seasoned Lamb stew with avgolemono sauce, incorporating kale for a superfood kick. On the side, guests can enjoy baby potatoes with fresh herbs and kalamata olives alongside refreshing tzatziki. As Jodi has spent many summers in the Hamptons dining at Elaia, the partnership celebrates Greek food and collaboration.
