Casa Bond in NoHo draws inspiration from Tulum’s vibrant art and culinary scene. The restaurant is known for its refined Mexican fare and the artistry of its cocktail program, created by Beverage Director and Managing Partner Luis Villanueva. At Casa Bond, each cocktail is thoughtfully designed to complement specific menu offerings. Here, we share the recipe for Casa Bond’s “Bonding” cocktail.
BONDING
Ingredients and measurements
• 3/4 oz Perfect Pure passion fruit pure
• 3/4 oz POM Pomegranate Juice
• 3/4 oz Silver Tequila
• 3/4 oz Mezcal Joven
• 3/4 oz Coconut Rum
• 3/4 oz Simple syrup
• Coconut flakes for Garnish
• Fire stick flower for Garnish
To make Simple Syrup, mix equal parts of sugar and water, then bring to a boil and let cool to use.
Step 1: Add all ingredients into a shaker, add ice, and shake vigorously for 15 seconds.
Step 2: Pour into a Collins glass with crushed ice.
Step 3: Top off the drink with coconut fakes.
Step 4: Add flower on the top of the drink.
