Optimal Life: Judaism & Mental Wellness
What Does Judaism Say about Mental Wellness?
In a world gone mad, that’s definitely a fair question. At the annual Feast of Moshiach (Moshiach Seudah), we’ll take that question up!
Traditionally, the last day of Pesach is a time to reflect on the future—specifically, the core Jewish belief in the coming of the Messianic age and what it means for our daily lives.
This year, we have a lot to explore:
How can I attain mental balance and optimization?
Why the over-obsession with Israel from the world over?
What does Kabbalah say about Israel?
Can Moshiach offer practical life advice?
At Chabad of the Hamptons, we’re hosting a full-day program called The Festival of the Future on the last day of Pesach, April 9th at 7:00 pm. This year’s theme, Optimal Life, explores lessons from the Holy Land for personal redemption and mental optimization.
At the Festival of the Future, we’ll have:
Story and song
Matzah and wine (four cups!)
Insights and discussion
A guaranteed inspirational evening for all ages
I’d love for you to join us on April 9th at 7:00 pm at Chabad of the Hamptons, 13 Woods Lane, East Hampton, as we celebrate The Festival of the Future and the Feast of Moshiach together as a community.
